Lunchtime saw the departure of Mike Parsons and Tom Martin on their charity fund-raising flight to Majorca. The flight is for the benefit of St Catherine's Hospice in Crawley and we urge you to support this good cause by making a donation via their page on the Just Giving web site (click here).
We are pleased to be providing technical support for Mike and Tom and have spent a few productive nights this week making flight plans for each leg of the trip through France and Spain. A late hiccup was the non-serviceability of their original aircraft and, at short notice, we managed to locate another which was inspected and loaded this morning. See below some pictures taken prior to and during their departure.
You can follow Mike & Tom's progress on the Spot web site (click here).
